I'm a registered qualified yoga teacher, including various styles; Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative. I studied my YTT with the amazing Sally Parkes Yoga Ltd. Last year, I decided to take the leap and leave my corporate job to become self-employed and share the beauty of yoga! Everything was going really well, slowly building up my public and private classes, but then due to the lockdown since March, I have not been able to fully share the beauty of yoga and meditation, or earn a steady income. I have been teaching weekly private virtual yoga classes via Zoom, but I now plan to share this wonderful practice via Twitch by live streaming guided meditations along with calming visuals.
