*******Terms of Service******* 1.) PAYMENT: Commission payment is taken up front before you are added to the queue, no exceptions. Commissions over $200 can pay half up front or in installments if needed, anything less must be paid in full. Due to the high likelihood of being a scammer, anyone requesting work without paying anything up front will be blacklisted. 2.) REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: Once paid, you are put on the schedule/queue and the process has begun. Refunds will not be given once work has been started. Cancellations before reaching you in the queue are permitted on case-by-case basis and repeated cancellations may result in being barred from further commissions. Refunds will be offered in the case that I don't finish work by the official due date or if I have to abandon the project. 3.) PERMISSIONS: All commissioned work is private and non-commercial unless agreed or mentioned otherwise. Do not distribute in any public chats or forums, 'share', sell or upload in full or in part. You can port or edit them for yourself or a friend or as a private commission, but do not use them as a base or part of a commission or product without credit AND permission - you can DM to ask me. Involvement in any kind of art piracy/theft will result in being blacklisted from my platforms. 4.) PUBLISHING: All edits and ports of game assets or others' creations are subject to publishing for free later if in line with their ToS. Anything especially unique and personalized won't be published without permission from the commissioner. I will not be publishing or distributing anything containing copyrighted assets if it goes against the owner's license or ToS. 5.) USAGE: Whatever you do with them is your business, but if you use my work for hate speech/messages or for any kind of harassment or bullying, you will be blocked on my platforms and blacklisted from further commissions or purchases. If I find you have been engaging in this kind of behavior I reserve the right to block you on my platforms and refuse service.
