Since all I provide is digital art I do not require your full address nor I manage shipment tracking. I will only require your email address to where I can send finished digital product. The transaction currency is USD, You can always contact me through the social media platform where you found the commission information or check google forms for more informations. I use Stripe as a method of payment which allows me to send you payment link to your email on which you can pay with debit or credit card. Consumer data privacy policy: By agreeing to commission me I will only gather information that you provide: -Email address and any additional contact information -Pictures and text (reference material for the art piece) After work is done I will not keep your google forms, however I will keep the invoice from the payment for tax purposes and proof of work for 5 years. Term of Services: 1. I reserve the right not to draw various fetishes, gore, illegal actions or anything that makes me uncomfortable. If you aren't sure about your idea- contact me. 2. Drawing usually takes 1-2 weeks after I start your commission, I will be notifying you about the updates and client queue position. 3. I won’t draw past sketch phase until I get paid through invoice (full or partial, depends on agreement with client). After I finished commission there are no changes or refunds allowed UNLESS it's strictly fault on my part in which case I will notify you. 4. Clients can use the artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist. I, as the artist can promote and display it on my social medias to my liking unless agreed with client otherwise. Business name: J.N.ART
