Welcome and thank you for visiting! My name is Charon Henning. I create scientific and natural history illustration in both traditional and digital media. My illustration experience and education in the meaning and structure of stories assist me in the creation of fine art and nature journaling at the intersection of wildlife, nature, folklore and myth. I have served as Art Director for March Mammal Madness since 2015 and enjoy the opportunity to communicate the importance of art as a lens through which science and history can be made more accessible and engaging.
