We are Parent Sanctuary. We are parents, parents that found a way to boost our mental and physical health during a pandemic. We're also a nurse, an adventurer, and a teacher. We are trained sling librarians, musicians and transformative coaches, Our Walks allow for parents to meet up safely outdoors and go on a little or a big adventure. Our Happy Hump Day meet ups a chance to chat in a relaxing atmosphere and discuss topics that are meaningful to them. We promote time for discussion, learning, and reassurance in a nurturing environment. We support parents to boost their antioxidants, endorphins, grow in confidence and increase wellbeing and resilience. We promote mental health and physical health.
