Here are the terms you automatically agree to should you decide to commission me: 1) I retain the rights to the picture(commercial use and rights fee can be discussed) 2) I retain the rights to post it in my gallery or portfolio 3) You can put or use my artwork however you like(aside from malicious reasons). However, crediting is required. Should you decide to post, the credit must be prominent and within the first few lines of post. 4) I will not do any artwork that spreads hate, trolling or malicious intents. 5)Unless specified in slot, I do not do NSFW 6)For personal use only unless specified in slot 7) 100% payment upfront is required. 8) If it's a non personal fanart picture, I may use it to make merch. Rest assured OCs, fursonas or personas will not be used. 9) No refunds. 10)Under no circumstances shall my artwork be made into NFTs. Not even commercial pieces. 11) Anything the artist deems inappropriate will not be done. Communicate through DM on twitter @potechipon or IG @poncrafts Each stage of the drawing(sketch, lines, color) will be sent to you as milestones for approval. If there is no response within 5 days, the artist will continue as if approved and no changes is allowed. Please make sure you are absolutely sure before you confirm each stage so that I can smoothly move onto the next. I will not go back to editing a previous stage(ie. changing pose after I lined or colored). Thank you very much!
