To keep my artworks going I like to work with the best materials. This can range from Derwent lightfast pencils, golden paints or Michael harding oils. This is to get the best finish.
Charlotte Hannaford, 22, from Cambridgeshire is an artist sketching and painting wildlife. Her passion for art started from a very young age, as early as she can remember (if drawing on her mom's walls count). During her early life, she experimented with a variety of styles and mediums hoping to find what represented herself the best, and that was when she found wildlife; although at the time it was mainly horses, she very much connected with the strong portrayal of emotions she could get through from her mind and onto the canvas, something that she struggles with when it came to words. She took this identity and made it her work and against the advice of teachers, at 14 years old, with a sense of purpose, she decided to start selling her artwork. And so this story begins.
