My 6 1/2 year old laptop finally expired after months of faltering, and I find myself computerless. I have an ipad and university equipment to keep float for now, but I'm looking to get a new machine ASAP. For various reasons(money) I decided to build a desktop that will give me the graphics power I need to proceed with my 3D studies and play games without massive lag at medium-low quality. UPDATE: found a perfect pre-built for 975 total! Will update the goal!
