An islander who loves raising her kids, baking and decorating cakes, crafting, daydreaming, really, really need to loose some weight.... like really, and actively trying to do so. I enjoy the island life too, but sometimes it makes me blue. Trying to loose 60 lbs . I'm not morbidly obese, but I am overweight.
Trying to loose 60 lbs in 6 months. You buy me coffee, I buy veggies in stead, and start growing some of my own. They are quite costly on this side of the globe especially for a family of four living on a single income. Hubby is a teacher... they make loads right? I can't work out of the home due to current location and other circumstances. I sell baked goods to help out. Eating "healthy" comes secondary to Eating, bills and kids education.
