I'm a parenting columnist at HuffPost UK (previously I wrote the Parenting Honestly column and newsletter for The Pool). I run The Naughty Step, a newsletter for knackered parents and humans, and I'm currently trying to write a book about mental health while parenting. It's not going BRILLIANTLY. I've had to push my deadline back because of (TUDDAH!) MY MENTAL HEALTH, and this morning – while I was busy – my toddler genuinely said "I'm going to get a knife".
