My hamster is elderly and I know this might be her last year. The next rodent I want to try to have is a pair of gerbils or maybe even a trio, but I want to be even more prepared to care for them than I was to care for her. So I'm already going to start saving up for the costier things. Thankfully the enclosure won't be an issue TwT I want to try out paper bedding instead of aspen this time. 10 kilograms costs 500 BRL which is roughly 100 USD. The extra 10 is simply a guarantee.
