This progress tracker isn't strictly calendared, all you need to do is write in your start date and let your journey begin! Once downloaded, you can print off as many copies as each page as you need! Start by detailing your current training status and what you would like to achieve by the end of the year. Use the weekly training sheets to track your classes and scheduled workouts, while creating focus points for certain goals (e.g. extended butterfly - must line body with pole before leaning out).
