Has confidence always felt out of reach for you? That your personality type just can't be confident? I used to be right there with you. Labelled 'shy' and 'quiet', the typical representations of what it means to be confident felt alien to me. Over the years I've realised there is another way. Confidence can be a quiet inner knowing. Something stable, calm and centred. This is what I want to teach you. After this workshop you'll come away with: - An understanding that you get to choose what confidence means for you. - Ideas to increase your sense of self-worth and self-trust (the foundations of confidence). - Practical steps to help you build quiet confidence. - Your first small confidence challenge. - The knowledge of how to keep going with your confidence journey. My aim is that by the time you finish watching you’ll feel: - More grounded and sure of what your ‘brand ‘ of confidence is. - Strong and centred. - Resilient and aware that no matter what happens… you’ll be OK. What do I need? - A pen and paper (or your writing tool of choice!) as there’ll be some journaling prompts. - A quiet space as there'll be a visualisation exercise. Why should you learn from me? In my teen years I grappled with my sense of self-worth which led to some poor mental health (including an eating disorder). During my recovery I rediscovered my value and on top of that, my brand of quiet confidence. Since then I've done things I never thought would be possible - I've spoken on stages, I've appeared on radio and BBC news. I've launched my own podcast and business - I'm no longer afraid to take up space. I've also had coaching training, so I use this knowledge to ask questions and provide prompts throughout. When you buy this workshop you'll get a link to the video - it is a recording of the live workshop I held previously. Watch in your own time and feel free to reach out if you have any questions. I liked the visualisation and journalling prompts throughout, the bits of research and psychology in there were great too. Really enjoyed it!" - Suzy Leach "Loved it. It felt like sinking into a luxurious bubble bath. A little bit of time for me, in a lovely quiet, supportive, safe environment." Josephine Brooks
