Prayer is wonderful, but sometimes it’s even better just to #PraiseGod! When times are easier, it’s so easy to #PraiseHim, but it’s also easy to forget to. When times are hard, it can be much harder to Praise God, but #Praise is also an awesome spiritual weapon against so many things – the enemy, our discouragement, depression, sadness, hurt—ALL of it! Jonah learned to give a “ #SacrificeOfPraise “ during his darkest hour in the belly of the giant fish, and others throughout the Bible and throughout history have learned how powerful Praise can truly be. This #PrayerCloth serves as a constant reminder to Praise Him in both the best AND the worst of times! 1Praise the Lord Praise the Lord from the heavens, praise him in the heights above. 2 Praise him all his angels, praise him, all his heavenly hosts. 3 Praise him, sun and moon, praise him, all you shining stars… Psalm 148 1-3 PRAISE HIM! 😊 Included with this version is the printable pattern and legend, along with suggestions for substitutions for some discontinued DMC colors. Also included are a Shopping List (so you don’t miss any colors needed for this project!) and a few websites where discontinued DMC floss colors 3880 through 3895 can be found, and where DMC 3880 through 3895 equivalents can be ordered from. Also included with your selection is a free Digital-Only version of "Basic Cross Quilting" so that you may be able to finish your project to look like the samples depicted. Some Fixes in This Version Include: *Some quarter stitches have been corrected so that they are much easier to tell that they're actually supposed to be quarter stitches. *Several color symbols have been changed to make them easier to see and because several symbols were either duplicated or too close to each other. This should also make it easier to differentiate between colors of similar hue. *At least two backstitch colors were changed on the pattern (not the actual colors themselves) in order to make it easier to differentiate between threads of similar shades and hues. *The printable Shopping List has been corrected and updated, including removal of a color that wasn't actually supposed to be there. *The pattern file includes two versions of the same pattern to make things easier. One version is utilizes DMC's "Exclusive Colors" palette; the other is the (now updated) palette of DMC's discontinued colors 3880 through 3895. (DMC's "Exclusive Colors" are now supposed to be used as substitutes for their discontinued "New Colors" in the 3880 through 3895 range.) And a few other included fixes and improvements! :-)
