One of my main goals in writing is to share it with others. So, rather than keeping my thoughts locked up in Word documents and journals (or working for years on a short story/novel/memoir that nobody knows about during the whole writing process), what I have to say could be of more value if I let others in to see that creative process and enjoy the things I can produce in a shorter time frame. (And I want to light a fire under my butt and get myself working on more writing projects by creating public accountability for myself!)
