As a creative I've always been drawn to writing and illustrating my own stories. I remember being a child and taking paper from my grandparents' printer and stapling it together to make my own books. Years later I've finally made the first step to writing and illustrating an alphabet book that I can be proud to give to my son and read with him. Unfortunately, working a day job, caring for a baby and 2 dogs while still trying to find time for my creative pursuits has been a struggle.
