Come our rent renewal in April 2024, we are most likely being priced out of our current living space. This is something we've been trying to plan for but it still takes out of our resources and savings to a pretty large degree. Especially being during tax season. It'd be nice to have a buffer for things so that we can focus on getting everything taken care of. This is not a dire issue, but i am just adding it in case folks feel like helping out!
