Hi I’m Lisa and I host and produce The Braw and The Brave Podcast. I’m a freelance dance artist and choreographer from near Glasgow. I started the podcast in January 2019 as I wanted a creative outlet that allowed me to connect with interesting and talented people, as well as develop new skills in interviewing and editing. I love podcasting and the adventures I’ve had thus far. Sharing stories to move and motivate is something I really value. We can all learn from someone else’s experience.
