Through our content you can learn all sorts of helpful tips for your martial arts training and improve your understanding of the science of fighting. We fill a fairly narrow niche: in-depth analysis of combat sports. But if you're a fight fan and are active in the online combat sports community, you may know us for our MMA podcast, boxing podcast, shows like TENGRIDOME, the Forbidden Technique, and Ben Kohn's fighter interviews. Naturally, we also have a website: thefight-site.com, where we publish written fight breakdowns, editorials, boxing previews, and longform career retrospectives on various combat athletes. Our principles are simple: if we can examine something in more detail than someone else, we'll do it. Quality is paramount. Enthusiasm is what made us start this project, and enthusiasm is what keeps us going. Our operation is mostly self-funded: it's a passion project first and foremost, and thus individual team members invest in their own equipment, learn video and audio editing techniques on their own time, and strive to improve their expertise through training and footage review. We've been doing this for quite some time now, and we've achieved things we're truly proud of. That said, there are still projects we'd like to fulfil that require a lot of time commitment, which necessitates pivoting away from regular fight coverage on the most recent events — and unfortunately the online combat sports content making game being what it is, it can cost us immediate growth opportunities. And frankly, sometimes our readers and listeners can have excellent ideas or point out opportunities for content-making that get missed in the weekly combat sports grind, and would like to see them explored, but at the moment they either lack the means or time to work on it on their own, or plainly speaking would like someone else to do it — someone like us. For these reasons, we have decided to launch our commission service where people can pay us to produce customized content on all things combat!
