Phone service

I have to pay my boostmobile phone service. My account is suspended so I can't send messages nor receive them and i have multiple accounts with phone number verification i cannot change. I don't know anything about phone service in the U.S and I didn't know I'd have to pay so much. I plan to change phone service as soon as possible. I would really appreciate if anyone could help.
