It would really make a difference being in a house. I need more space and less neighbors in order to start the Hooligan cooking channel, as well as all of the other channel ideas I have. The Hooligans are going to be bigger than Mr Beast lol. I live in a small apartment with good credit but bad debt to income ratio because of my student loans. The goal is to either pay off student loans or have a down payment big enough to get a mortgage.
