Dragging Psion's Series 3 range of palmtop computers into the 21st century. I'm Alex and I'm attempting to perform "platform necromancy," breathing new life into Psion's classic SIBO/EPOC16 platform. Do you remember the Series 3 range of palmtop computers? Do you still have one in a drawer and wish you could use it today? This project aims to help you do that. My original plan was to build a new Wi-Fi device that would fit into the SIBO Solid State Disk (SSD) port. But after enthusiastic discussions with other dedicated Psion fans, the scope has widened into resurrecting the platform. Current projects include: - PsiDrive - a USB drive that takes SIBO SSDs - Asking old developers to release their source code as open source - Documentation and updates
