Diagnosed as autistic and ADHD late in life, I help others by sharing my experiences of being neurodivergent. I also help people to think about tools and techniques to live well as a neurodivergent person, and share journalling and self-coaching exercises based on positive psychology. Trained coach and research practitioner - specialist in zest and self-regulation. I also run The Quirky Brain Podcast, and your support here helps me to run the podcast. Any donations here are used to pay for the podcast production or to fund learning/CPD resources which are directly used in the podcast production, and in the production of my blog and any low cost or free self-coaching/self-support resources.
