The Small Magician is a voice-building project that introduces participants to the world of singing and voice-play through trauma-aware, intuition-led practice. It is guided by Lea Shaw, a collaborative artist, trained classical mezzo-soprano, and free improviser. Whether you use your voice for speaking only, are curious about learning how to sing, or are already a singer yourself, The Small Magician series will help you form a deeper positive connection to your voice and body, and help you gain confidence. Inclusive and playful, it incorporates elements of midfulness and embodiment practice alongside technical training. The creator of The Small Magician is Lea Shaw.
