I'm Val. I believe in the art of accidental adventure. I've been a photographer since I can remember, a graphic designer since I discovered it in college, and recently a potter after a workshop where I discovered a new found joy and passion. I walked away from a guaranteed paycheck until I die or retire as a design professor to live closer to nature and be my own boss. I have an artist residency, a camp with numerous animals, and a home studio. Any support you can provide helps me sustain this, feed the animals, and provide low cost short term housing for other creative people.
