If you ever wondered... I live in a shared house and only have my room to sleep, live and work in. Therefore my art studio is dinky and cute for now. I work on small to medium sized paintings for now. My dream is to have a bigger studio space where I can work on larger scale paintings as well as have a few paintings on the go - because that's how I roll! ;) £5,900 will secure me a studio space for 1 year as well as money for art supplies and getting limited edition prints made to sell online.
I’m Oz, a painter & a poet living and working in London, England. I enjoy evoking feeling through the use of colour and intuitive brushstrokes in my work. I explore the concept of abstraction within landscape settings and draw on the surrealist technique of automatic drawing (automatism) through the use of expressionism. Alongside this, I have the ability to translate peoples energies into aura portraits, which I call: Inner World Portraits. I love to tease defined borders through exploration and questions the necessity to conform. Are you ready to dance with borders, to transcendence beyond and find your colourful side? I currently live and work in a small space and create small to medium sized artworks.
